Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kiss Kamille. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all of our customers. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods, sales, or new launches, processing times may be extended.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the [U.S./specific countries—update as needed]. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at kisskamille@gmail.com


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Kiss Kamille is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Kiss Kamille is not liable for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with your neighbors or building manager.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If needed, file a claim with the carrier.

We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for replacing orders that are marked as delivered or delayed by the carrier.


International Shipping (if applicable)

Customs and import duties may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. Kiss Kamille is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
