Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kiss Kamille. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to protect the health and safety of our customers and the integrity of our brand.


All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all lip products and cosmetics are non-refundable and non-returnable once they have been shipped. This policy is in place to protect customers from contamination risks, as all items are considered personal-use products.

Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless it falls under the exceptions below.


Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality seriously and inspect every product before it ships. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photographic or video proof of the damaged or defective item and its original packaging.

  • Items must be unused and unopened.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these conditions or appear fraudulent.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at kisskamille@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Once we verify your claim, we will issue either:

  • A one-time replacement of the damaged product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from Kiss Kamille, you agree to this policy. Attempting a chargeback in violation of our refund terms is considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute and provide evidence to your payment provider

  • Blacklist customers who abuse our policy or initiate unjustified chargebacks

  • Take further legal action if necessary

We are committed to fair and transparent service and encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before taking action with your bank.


Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Enter correct shipping information at checkout

  • Read all product descriptions and ingredients

  • Review and understand this policy prior to purchase

Kiss Kamille is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Kiss Kamille reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be posted on our website.
