Are your lip glosses flavored?
Yes our lip glosses are deliciously flavored for a fun, sensory experience. But let’s be clear:
Just because it’s flavored doesn’t mean it’s edible.
Our gloss is for external use only, not for consumption. Please do not lick, swallow, or ingest the product. It’s lip gloss not dessert!
Are Kiss Kamille products safe for sensitive lips or skin?
Our formulas are made with skin-friendly ingredients, but everyone’s body is different. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, patch-test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. Kiss Kamille is 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and we never will.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan-friendly! Specific product pages will list vegan status and ingredients clearly. If you have questions about a specific gloss or item, contact us and we’ll be happy to clarify.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Because our products are personal-use cosmetics, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to hygiene reasons no exceptions.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right. Just email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video, and we’ll help from there.
